The conference submission system for 8th ICTROPS will be conducted through Microsoft CMT. All review processes and communication with authors will be facilitated exclusively through this system. Paper submissions will undergo screening to evaluate their general quality and alignment with the conference’s Focus and Scope. Authors of submissions that do not meet the initial criteria will be given the opportunity to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on detailed feedback from reviewers. The decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of revised manuscripts will be final and based on the recommendations of the scientific committee.
Microsoft CMT Acknowlement
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Before submitting your manuscript, please read carefully the submission guidelines as follows:
A. General Requirements
The minimum standard requirements must be
- Manuscripts must be written in English.
- The submitted manuscript is at least 8 pages and no more than 12 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers need more than 12 pages.
- Use a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose the IEEE style
- Make sure that your paper is prepared using the ICTROPS paper template before submitting it to Microsoft CMT (submit here)
B. Structure of The Manuscript
The manuscript must be prepared and suggested to present the following structure:
- Title. The paper’s title is a maximum of 20 words, without an acronym or abbreviation.
- Abstract. The abstract has a maximum of 250 to 300 words and no citation. State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, results, and conclusions.
- Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction—Literature Review—Method/Algorithm (optional) Method, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.
- References. Expect a minimum of 20 references, primarily with a minimum of 80% of journal articles that have a reputation and are not over 5 years old.
